Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By installing or using UGC Command Center Software (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms. They add to the Microsoft Store’s standard application license terms that apply to your purchase. If the two conflict, Microsoft’s terms control where required.
2. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the devices allowed by the Microsoft Store license, for your own creator or business work.
3. Restrictions
You may not sell, resell, rent, share, sublicense or distribute the Software or copies of it. You may not copy or modify it except as the law allows, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where the law allows this despite this restriction. You may not use the Software to break any law or any platform’s rules.
4. Ownership
The Software, its user manuals and its logo are owned by Ben Royal. Copyright © 2026 Ben Royal. All rights reserved. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any listed platform. Payout ranges shown in the platform list are as published by those platforms and can change.
5. What the Software does and does not do
The Software is a workflow tool. It copies your pitch to the clipboard and opens a platform in your browser, and you paste and submit manually. We do not guarantee income, brand deals, contracts or approval by any platform, and individual results vary. You are responsible for what you submit and for following each platform’s rules. We cannot control how a platform treats your account.
6. Optional features and third-party services
Telegram alerts and the Gmail Opportunity Watcher are optional and use your own accounts. Google, Telegram and any service such as Zapier or Make have their own terms. The optional Google Apps Script in the user manual is provided as is and is not supported. Keep your bot token, chat ID and sign-in files private.
7. 60-Day Platform Maintenance Guarantee & Link Repair Policy
Creator agency platforms and brand directories often update their sign-up portals, application forms and link structures. Your purchase includes our 60-Day Active Maintenance Guarantee: all reported broken directories, expired target links or altered platform URLs are reviewed by our engineering team and patched through priority software updates issued regularly.
To report a problem, email support@ugccommandcentersoftware.com with:
- The platform name (for example JoinBrands, Insense or Billo)
- The link that failed to load
- A description of the problem or error
Patches and directory updates are delivered through official maintenance releases. Your purchase includes lifetime core platform access and priority repair updates during your active maintenance window.
8. Updates
Your purchase includes lifetime updates for as long as we continue to offer the Software. Updates are delivered through the Microsoft Store.
9. Support
We support: problems installing or running the Software; broken, expired or changed platform links; and setup of the Software’s built-in Telegram alerts and Gmail Opportunity Watcher, which are explained in the user manual.
We do not support: the optional Google Apps Script, services such as Zapier or Make, and Google Cloud account settings. These run in your own accounts, and every setup is different. The full script and instructions are in the user manual.

10. Payment and refunds
All sales are final. Software purchases include lifetime updates and 60-day guaranteed link maintenance. Per checkout terms, technical issues are handled via direct updates rather than refund disputes.
Purchases are made through the Microsoft Store. Microsoft processes payments and refunds, and Microsoft’s refund policy applies to Store purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law or under Microsoft’s policies.
11. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost income, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
